EXHIBITING AT THE EMERSON
The Emerson always welcomes artists of all medias to submit exhibit proposals. We are committed to exhibitions that expand our community’s appreciation of contemporary art and address the interests of a diverse audience. We exhibit artwork from recognized and emerging regional and nationally-recognized artists. Our current venues include: the Jessie Wilber Gallery, the Lobby Gallery and the Weaver Room. Please see the Exhibition Proposal Guidelines for submissions and contact us with any questions.

CURRENT CALLS FOR ART
Celebration of the Arts 2018
The Emerson’s annual Celebration of the Arts event is our biggest fundraiser of the year. This event celebrates arts and culture with an evening full of quick-draw artists, live and silent auctions, fine dining, drinks, dancing and merriment! We are soliciting original art donations for this year’s auctions and excited to acknowledge the artists who support the Emerson by having a special exhibition in the Jessie Wilber Gallery prior to the event. This will give the community a preview of the work available for live and silent auction and give much deserved recognition to the artists. The exhibit will be comprised of selected works from submissions received, and the chosen artists will be celebrated during an opening reception held during the December 8 Art Walk. The exhibit will run from December 8, 2017 – January 26, 2018. All proceeds from the live and silent auctions go toward the Emerson’s art education, exhibits and restoration projects.
The Emerson’s Holiday Bazaar is a celebration of local and regional artists. This show is a fundraiser for the historical Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture in downtown Bozeman. Exhibitors display original fine art and distinctive crafts. The Holiday Bazaar will take place Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 9am – 4pm.
Deadline to apply for a booth is October 13, 2017.
