What an incredible summer Art Walk season! We are feeling so much gratitude for everyone who came out, browsed, listened, gathered, and enjoyed all that was happening around the Emerson: both inside and out.
A huge thank you to every artist who participated in our very first Art Market, to the Emerson studios who opened their doors, and to every artist who exhibited in our galleries. Thank you to the food vendors who kept us fed, the musicians who kept us entertained, the volunteers, and everyone who helped make each Art Walk such a vibrant and welcoming experience.
And thank you to our sponsors; the local businesses that contributed to this event and lifted up the arts in our community. What a beautiful season it was. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

– MONTANA STREAM ACCESS RALLY –
Celebrating the gold standard for public water access in the United States. Join us on Thursday, September 17th for a rally event featuring live music, food trucks, and more. This is YOUR opportunity to show up and make it known how critical this issue is to all who understand the value of preserving Montana’s stream access laws. Learn more online.
– HOLIDAY NOIR AUDITIONS –
NEXT WEEK! Audition to be a part of the most fun holiday show in Bozeman! We’re looking for acts that are holiday-themed, but with a twist. A little spice. A little heat. A little mischief under the mistletoe. Think festive, but unexpected. Bring us your cabaret, burlesque, comedy, circus, drag, dance, or anything delightfully seasonal and tastefully scandalous. And tell all your friends. Start brainstorming, practicing, and polishing now and reserve your audition slot for September 21, 22, or 23. Slots available from 4-9pm on those days. Signup online.
– EMERSON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT –
We’re in the process of replacing one of our walkways on the north side of the Emerson! If you’ve walked by and noticed the orange netting, this is the project zone. This fresh sidewalk will elevate our north lawns and be an incredible improvement to our outdoor space. Our goal to cover the entire project is $50,000.
