– EMERSON ART WALK –
Join us this Friday from 5-9pm! Emerson Art Walk will happen rain or shine! In the event of rain, Art Market vendors and our musicians will setup indoors, in our Ballroom. Join us for an artist talk with Chris Stoddard at 6:30pm in the Jessie Wilber Gallery. We’ll also have: incredible exhibits featuring Chris Stoddard, Kirsten Kainz, and Christopher Campbell, studios open for visitors upstairs, Galleria Hall will be open for shopping, Art Market, food trucks and more! Emerson adult art education is BACK! Fall Session I begins in September and we are so excited to have our classes filled with new learners. Check out the schedule below and register quickly to secure a spot. Ceramics classes begin Wednesday, September 2 and all other disciplines begin the week of September 14. Learn more online.
– SUMMER ART CAMP: THANK YOU –
What a phenomenal summer of Art Camp it has been! Each week was expressive and magical, and we are so proud to offer these camps to our community. Thank you for sharing your children with us! And a huge thank you to our instructors: Owen, Nathalie, Rachel, and Meghan, and to our team of Youth Summer Interns. These folks cared for our campers and led them with heart, joy, and tons of hard work. We cannot do camps without them, and are very proud to have had them on the Emerson team this summer. – HOLIDAY NOIR AUDITIONS –
Audition to be a part of the most fun holiday show in Bozeman! We’re looking for acts that are holiday-themed, but with a twist. A little spice. A little heat. A little mischief under the mistletoe. Think festive, but unexpected. Bring us your cabaret, burlesque, comedy, circus, drag, dance, or anything delightfully seasonal and tastefully scandalous. And tell all your friends. – EMERSON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT –
We’re in the process of replacing one of our walkways on the north side of the Emerson! If you’ve walked by and noticed the orange netting, this is the project zone. Now imagine that netting replaced with a gorgeous new sidewalk and steps flowing between two lush green spaces. Our goal is $50,000 and we’re 20% of the way there!
