Emerson Special Events

New to You Art Sale

April 30: 12 - 7PM
May 1: 9AM - 1:30PM

The Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture will once again transform its Ballroom into a vibrant marketplace for one of its most beloved annual traditions: the New to You Art Sale. Fueled entirely by community art donations, the event fills the space with hundreds of original works, creating an exciting treasure-hunt experience for art lovers in the valley.

The heart of the event is making real, hand-crafted art accessible to everyone while spreading the appreciation and love that unique works carry. For many shoppers, the thrill lies in the hunt; carefully combing through the vast assortment in search of that one piece that speaks to them. With so many exceptional donations priced to sell, most visitors walk away with remarkable bargains.

We’re currently accepting donations!

The Emerson welcomes all types of art, with one simple request: it must be original. Which broadly means no mass-produced pieces. If you have art you’re ready to part with, consider donating to this special event. Help us fill the ballroom with unique pieces, and support the Emerson in the process.

Early birds truly get the worm, too, as those who donate art are rewarded with early access, giving them first pick of the incredible selection before doors open to the public.

Art donations accepted Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm in the Curator's office, across from the Jessie Wilber gallery on the Emerson's main floor, or the front office. Donations accepted until April 30.
