Our art programs for youth include school outreach, after school classes, Summer ArtCamps and workshops. Our "Schools in the Gallery" program supports arts education in area public schools through classroom exhibit previews, class fieldtrips to the Emerson for docent-led tours of exhibits, and hands-on art enrichment activities. After school art classes, family days, and Summer ArtCamps give children the opportunity try out the techniques and ideas shown by artists displaying their work in the galleries. Additional interdisciplinary arts classes connect children with our environment and cultural identity. Scholarships are available for all of our children’s programs.
