The Emerson Grill has been serving home-style northern Italian cuisine with an authentic, rustic flair for nearly two years. The atmosphere is warm, colorful, romantic and inviting with high ceilings, original maple floors and an open, exhibition kitchen. Owner Robin Chopus offers upscale affordable cuisine for dinner. Outside seating is available in the warmer months. Adjacent to The Emerson Grill you will find Robin's newest creation, Olivera, a lovely Italian café serving light "to-go" lunches, soups and salads and exceptional coffee beverages. The café is open 8am-6pm Monday through Saturday. Robin also provides excellent catering for special events.
