SUMMARY: The Development Coordinator (“Coordinator”) advances the mission of The Emerson Center for the Arts and Culture (“ECAC”) to our community through various means, but primarily through written and/or visual communication with the specific purposes of donor development, innovative marketing, grant writing, membership promotion, outreach and ECAC community sponsored events.
Such responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establish an ECAC fundraising plan, research and maintain a prospective grant calendar, prepare selected grant applications, and awarded grant reports.
Manage the current marketing and membership programs of the ECAC and further develop and expand these programs.
Assist with ECAC sponsored community events, e.g. Lunch On The Lawn, Christmas Stroll;
Prepare appropriate and timely reporting on Coordinator responsibilities
